Kentucky blows past Baylor, faces Louisville in Final Four

Bring on Louisville. That had to be the prevailing sentiment for Kentucky fans after the top-seeded Wildcats knock off third-seeded Baylor 82-70 Sunday in the South Regional final at the Georgia Dome.

And Kentucky (36-2) did it by building a 20-point lead by halftime. Baylor (30-8) showed life in the second half but came no closer than 11.

Kentucky will head to New Orleans for its 16th Final Four appearance and a national semifinal date with Commonwealth rival Louisville (29-9), either a dream matchup or a nightmare, depending on your point of view. The teams played Dec. 31 in Lexington, and Kentucky won 69-62.

Could be a blow out win for UK, or the 3rd straight year losing to the Big East champs.
